Q: WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
A: We ship worldwide with FAST DELIVERY. We have chosen free delivery to allow you to control your budget. Admittedly, the delivery can be a little long for certain articles. But if you have the choice to choose from a shipping location, choose the closest shipping location geographically. This may speed up the delivery of your package. Otherwise we will do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. The fast delivery is also being deployed, and will be proposed on all products very soon.
Q: HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
A: Shipping costs are FREE. There may be optional expedited shipping for some items. However, it is not excluded that, due to the situation of some countries, the rules change and vary during the year. The costs will therefore be duly specified at the time of purchase.
Q: WHAT ARE THE PREPARATION AND SHIPPING TIMES?
A: Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours. They are delivered in a very short time. Choosing the place of shipment, if the choice is proposed, allows you to have a rather fast delivery of your order. Otherwise in 1 to 3 weeks. Due to the global shipping situation, delivery times may be slightly longer, in which case you will be notified as well as at each stage of delivery of your order.
Q: HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
A: Once the order is placed, it is sent as soon as possible to one of our shipping centers, from where your item will be shipped. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your package has been shipped. You will then be able to check the status of the delivery on our website in the "Track My Order" tab using your email address and order number. Also, you will receive an email at each step of the delivery status. HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER? Simply choose your items and click on the "ADD TO CART" button, repeat for each item, then go to your shopping cart and follow the steps to complete your order until you pay. We will prepare your order and send you an order confirmation email.
Q: WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
A: We accept Visa and Mastercard as well as payments via Paypal. We do not accept checks or wire transfers.
Q: IS THE PAYMENT SECURE?
A: Absolutely, our store is fully secured and we have an SSL encryption system to protect your personal and confidential data. We use the secure payment systems of Shopify Payment and/or Stripe and Paypal.
Q: I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULDI DO?
A: Have you received confirmation that your order has been shipped? If your order has been shipped for more than 5 weeks, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, we will launch an investigation and get back to you within 48 hours.
Q: I ORDERED SEVERAL ITEMS AND ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER, IS THIS NORMAL?
A: Yes, this is completely normal. To minimize your wait, we ship all items separately when they are ready to be shipped. The rest of your order should arrive within a few days.
Q: I RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
A: We are sorry, unfortunately this can happen. Please contact us and explain the problem and attach a picture as proof, we will do our best to find a solution, either a refund or a reshipment of the product.
Q: I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY ORDER, CAN I GET A REFUND?
A: Absolutely, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return any product that does not give you complete satisfaction. You must print the withdrawal form, send it to us by e-mail and return your items to the address indicated (a return number will be given to you before sending). The return is done exclusively by post and the return costs remain at your charge communicated by mail in return of your request. Upon receipt of your order, you will be fully refunded. Q: WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS TO BENEFIT FROM THE "SATISFIED OR REFUNDED" GUARANTEE?
A: You must be within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to benefit from the "Satisfied or Refunded" guarantee, you must contact us before any return to follow the procedure indicated and the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Q: IN WHAT CASES WILL I NOT BE REFUNDED?

Q: How long does shipping usually take? And can I use a PO.Box as shipping address?
A: Orders ship within 24-48 hours. We offer Express shipping (free shipping on $59) which takes 7-15 bus days ( 7-10 Bdays in USA, others is 7-15 days ). NOTE: PO.Box is not accepted. Don't use a PO.Box as your shipping address. Otherwise the package can not be delivered.
And, you need to add your phone number when you file the shipping info.
Q: Do I have to have a PayPal account to order? Can I use my credit card?

Q: Can I exchange/cancel my order?
A: Yes, you can, but you need to contact us within 24hours via Email (Before Shipped), if not, it will be charged a processing fee.
Q: Do I need to pay the tax?
A: Usually you do not need to pay taxes, but if your country's customs is more stringent, you will be charged a certain amount of duties. We usually try to avoid tariffs for you as a low-declared invoice with parcels, however, it is not 100%. You will need to pay the duties if the custom still charges customs duties.
Countries with more stringent customs authorities include:
Germany, Italy, South Africa, almost all South American countries, UK( occasionally ), Canada( occasionally ).
Q: How can I get in touch with you ASAP?
A: Email is the best recommendation, and you'd better write the most urgent question as the email title, and concise. The imessage/phone is the second option.
Q: How do I return my order? And how much will i get refund if i return the parcel already received ? Who pay for the the return charge ?
A: You can send an email to us, title as “Return + Order Number + Reason”, we will respond ASAP. If you don't want your order /or you place wrong order/ or want a longer length/ you would like to exchange the order , you will pay for the return charge, and if you want refund will be reduced the 20$ from your amount (Shipping Fee).
